通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂钴离子和钴、镍离子共掺杂的复合纳米粒子二氧化钛光催化剂,以甲基橙的脱色降解为探针反应,评价了光催化剂的光催化活性,研究了不同掺杂量以及掺杂粒子不同时,对光催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明:当钴的掺杂量在0.2%时,光催化剂的活性最佳,而钴镍共掺杂的掺杂量在0.4%时,光催化剂的活性最好,且钴掺杂的催化活性比钴镍掺杂的更有效。
通過溶膠-凝膠法製備瞭摻雜鈷離子和鈷、鎳離子共摻雜的複閤納米粒子二氧化鈦光催化劑,以甲基橙的脫色降解為探針反應,評價瞭光催化劑的光催化活性,研究瞭不同摻雜量以及摻雜粒子不同時,對光催化劑催化性能的影響。結果錶明:噹鈷的摻雜量在0.2%時,光催化劑的活性最佳,而鈷鎳共摻雜的摻雜量在0.4%時,光催化劑的活性最好,且鈷摻雜的催化活性比鈷鎳摻雜的更有效。
통과용효-응효법제비료참잡고리자화고、얼리자공참잡적복합납미입자이양화태광최화제,이갑기등적탈색강해위탐침반응,평개료광최화제적광최화활성,연구료불동참잡량이급참잡입자불동시,대광최화제최화성능적영향。결과표명:당고적참잡량재0.2%시,광최화제적활성최가,이고얼공참잡적참잡량재0.4%시,광최화제적활성최호,차고참잡적최화활성비고얼참잡적경유효。
Co-doped TiO2 and Co2+-Ni2+doped TiO2 composite nano-particles with different mix ratios were prepared by sol-gel. Photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange in aqueous solution was used as a probe reaction to evaluate their photocatalytic activity. Influence of different doping rates and doping particles on photocatalystic activity of TiO2 were studied and the best Co-doped of 0.2%while the best Co2+-Ni2+doped TiO2 of 0.4%. Co-doped TiO2 had better photocatalystic activity than Co2+-Ni2+doped TiO2.
