牵引变电所在电网中往往处于供电终端,其接线方式、负荷特点、运行条件等与电力系统变电站有所不同。作为电力系统中具有自身特点的供电设施,对其过电压和防护措施进行分析和思考是非常有意义的。文章对牵引变电所内雷过电压、工频过电压、操作过电压、谐振过电压等各种过电压及其防护措施进行了阐述和分析,对牵引变电所牵引变压器高低压侧避雷器耐雷水平不一致,27.5 kV馈线侧没有设置进线段保护,高压侧进线避雷器设置位置,27.5 kV电压互感器形式结构等存在的问题提出了自己的认识,并提出了建议改进方案和措施。

As a special power supply facility in power system, the traction substation is usually at the terminal position of the power grid, its main line connection model, load characteristics and operation condition are different from substation of the power grid, therefore, it means a great deal to analyze and consider the overvoltage occurred and overvoltage pro-tection measures adopted in traction substation. The paper explains and analyzes the diverse overvoltages such as thunder overvoltage, power frequency overvoltage, switching overvoltage, resonance overvoltage and overvoltage-protection meas-ures occurred and adopted in traction substation. At last, the paper offers solutions and advices on the existing problems including the different lightning withstand levels of lightning arrester on high and low pressure sides of traction transform-er in traction substation, there is no lead-in protection on 27. 5 kV feeder side, the position of lightning arrester on high voltage side, the form and structure of 27. 5 kV voltage and transformer and so on.
