由于汉口至宜昌客运专线站内轨道电路采用了25 Hz相敏轨道电路,在正式运营前以及正式运营后,不时产生一些影响开通和影响运营的安全问题。通过案例分析,分别列出反向运行进侧线及跨线运行,载频切换后进入股道时,存在瞬间触发B7后缓解的问题;侧线股道和动车径路动车侧线股道触发B7制动问题;动车径路普线列车站内部分区段,占用丢失造成漏解锁和动车径路普线列车站内从进站内方第一区段开始占用丢失造成进路全漏解锁,CTC错误发送进路预告问题。并通过相关问题典型案例,分别对案例进行原因分析,根据原因制定了可行的防范措施和处理方法,消除了安全问题。文章指出了25 Hz相敏轨道电路不适合在高速铁路车站内使用的原因,要求客运专线站内轨道电路严格按设计规范设计。

Since the 25 Hz phase sensitive track circuit was adopted in Hankou -Yichang passenger railway station, safety problems occur before and after the formal operation. It shows through case studies that when the train is reversely running into the side line and cross-line and the carrier frequency are switched into the tracks, it slows down after the in-stant trigger B7;and brake after side tracks and tracks for EMU routing and EMU siding line trigger B7;some sections of line P in the station for EMU train routing and general line are missed and occupied. This causes leakage and unlock and even full unlock when the first section is occupied by the vehicle stopping in the general line train station, CTC sends the wrong routing notice. This paper analyzes the causes and put forward viable preventive measures and treatment methods. It points out that 25 Hz Phase track circuit is not suitable in the High Speed Rail Station and the design of track circuit in the passenger station must conform to the requirements of relevant specifications.
