随着攀西地区经济社会发展,成昆铁路的扩能改造工作迫在眉睫,而攀枝花市是成昆铁路沿线最为重要的经济据点之一。在该地区内选择一条合适的线路走向,将对整条铁路的扩能改造意义起到积极的影响。攀枝花市地处金沙江大拐弯处,位于安宁河平原向云贵高原隆升的过渡段,区域内地形地质条件复杂、城市布局分散、既有铁路空间狭窄,成昆新线的引入受到诸多因素的限制。文章结合沿线地形地质条件、与既有铁路衔接要求、经济据点分布、站位设置、房屋拆迁以及金沙江大桥桥位等因素,研究了沿金沙江方案、引入渡口站方案、经仁和及永仁方案,经综合比选,认为经仁和及永仁方案为宜。

With economic and social development in Pan Xi area, the expansion and reconstruction of Chengdu-Kunming Railway is extremely urgent. Panzhihua city is one of the most important economic strongpoints along Chengdu-Kunming Railway, so appropriate route selection in this region plays an important role in this project. Panzhihua city locates on the area of the big turning of Jinsha River and on the uplifting transition section from An’ning River plain to Yunan-Guizhou plateau. The new line leading in this area is restricted by many factors, such as the complex topography and ge-ology, the dispersion of city layout, the narrow space of existing railway. The paper comprehensively considers the topo-graphic and geological conditions, the connecting requirements with existing railway, the distribution of economic strong-points, the setting of railway station, housing demolition and the location of Jinsha River Bridge. The paper also studies the "along the Jinsha River scheme", the "lead in Dukou station scheme" and the "passing Renhe and Yongren scheme", after comprehensive comparison and selection, it reaches the conclusion that the third scheme is the most ap-propriateone.
