借用信息技术外包服务的分析框架，通过面见访谈的形式，从组织决策和管理、绩效评估和监控、公共云或私有云选择、合同期限和风险、关系管理五个方面对大型企业在软件即服务（ SaaS ）采纳过程中面临的问题和挑战分别进行了讨论，总结归纳出大型企业在SaaS服务采纳中面临的挑战，并给出相应的对策建议。
藉用信息技術外包服務的分析框架，通過麵見訪談的形式，從組織決策和管理、績效評估和鑑控、公共雲或私有雲選擇、閤同期限和風險、關繫管理五箇方麵對大型企業在軟件即服務（ SaaS ）採納過程中麵臨的問題和挑戰分彆進行瞭討論，總結歸納齣大型企業在SaaS服務採納中麵臨的挑戰，併給齣相應的對策建議。
차용신식기술외포복무적분석광가，통과면견방담적형식，종조직결책화관리、적효평고화감공、공공운혹사유운선택、합동기한화풍험、관계관리오개방면대대형기업재연건즉복무（ SaaS ）채납과정중면림적문제화도전분별진행료토론，총결귀납출대형기업재SaaS복무채납중면림적도전，병급출상응적대책건의。
Based on the analysis framework of outsourcing service of information technology , the problems and challenges for adopting software as a service ( SaaS) by large-scale enterprises are discussed from the aspects of group decision and management , performance evaluation and supervision , the choice of public cloud or private cloud, contract period and risk and relation management through interviews.This research will help the large-scale enterprises to better understand the challenges and difficulties in SaaS adoption and provide relevant sug -gestions accordingly.
