针对某型航空发动机起动燃油流量测量滞后、振荡及重复性较差的故障,建立了高空台燃油流量测试系统和发动机燃油控制系统数学模型,并进行了数值仿真分析,得出了供油管路内可压缩性气体是测量滞后的主要原因。通过故障再现试验,定量检验了管路内气体对燃油流量测量的影响,验证了仿真分析结果的正确性。依据仿真与验证试验结果,改进设计了燃油管路和操作程序,排除了故障。
針對某型航空髮動機起動燃油流量測量滯後、振盪及重複性較差的故障,建立瞭高空檯燃油流量測試繫統和髮動機燃油控製繫統數學模型,併進行瞭數值倣真分析,得齣瞭供油管路內可壓縮性氣體是測量滯後的主要原因。通過故障再現試驗,定量檢驗瞭管路內氣體對燃油流量測量的影響,驗證瞭倣真分析結果的正確性。依據倣真與驗證試驗結果,改進設計瞭燃油管路和操作程序,排除瞭故障。

To deal with hysteresis, vibration and repetition of the fuel flow measurements happened in aero-engine starting tests, a numerical simulation model was built for measurement system and fuel control system at altitude test facility (ATF). The analysis results show that the compressive air in fuel supply pipe is the main reason for failures above. Through failure reproduction tests, the effect of air in pipe on fuel flow measurement was quantified by instrument, and the simulation result was validated. According to the re-search efforts, the fuel pipe structure is improved, so is the operating program. Finally, the failure is elimi-nated.
