对一高压涡轮导向器扇形叶栅进行试验,发现相邻测试叶片流场的周期性较差,给导向器气动性能试验评估带来极大困难。对试验件的数值模拟亦给出了相同结果。为提高试验评估精度,采用几何设计和数值模拟迭代的方法,对试验件进行了改进设计。对改进试验件进行的试验表明,高压涡轮导向器扇形叶栅通道内的周期性得到明显改善,该试验结果可较为准确地评估导向器的气动性能。
對一高壓渦輪導嚮器扇形葉柵進行試驗,髮現相鄰測試葉片流場的週期性較差,給導嚮器氣動性能試驗評估帶來極大睏難。對試驗件的數值模擬亦給齣瞭相同結果。為提高試驗評估精度,採用幾何設計和數值模擬迭代的方法,對試驗件進行瞭改進設計。對改進試驗件進行的試驗錶明,高壓渦輪導嚮器扇形葉柵通道內的週期性得到明顯改善,該試驗結果可較為準確地評估導嚮器的氣動性能。

An experiment of the sector cascades of high pressure turbine nozzle without expected periodici-ty of flow fields brings difficulty to evaluate the aerodynamic performance of guide vane. The simulation re-sults verified this characteristic of nonperiodicity. In order to improve the accuracy of experiment assess-ment, the improved design of the test section was carried out by means of iteration between geometry design and numerical simulation. The experiment results of improved specimen indicate that the periodicity is obvi-ously improved in the sector cascade channels of high pressure turbine guide vane. The experiment results can be used to evaluate the aerodynamic performance of guide vane.
