Food culture is an important part of the culture.There exist not only lots of diversified differences,but also strands of connections between the Chinese food culture and the American food culture,and these differences and connections also have a profound influence on the development of the food culture itself.To study the differ-ences and connections between the Chinese and American food culture will help to promote interchanges and consol-idate the communications.
