用中医药方法治疗疾病时,病人的表征往往不能用普通连续数表示,而是用定性数据表示,过去中医药研究对于定性数据的统计分析较少。由于近年定性数据的统计分析理论和统计软件迅速发展,定性数据统计分析方法可应用于中医药的信息提取,从而得到更多有效信息。对于同一患者进行多次随访,所得信息常常是相互联系的定性数据,不能认为相互独立。采用定性数据统计分析的重要方法重复测量模型分析96例哮喘病人治疗效果,计算出汤剂与丸药的疗效,以及不同医院、不同基线对治疗效果的影响,并且分析每个病人体质(抗病力)对疗效的影响,取得在各种情况下疗效好的概率精确计算公式,并且证明重复测量模型的必要性。

When the patients are treated by traditional Chinese medicine, the characterization of them often can’t be expressed by common consecutive numbers but by qualitative data. In the past, statistic analysis of quali-tative data in traditional Chinese medicine is rare. As in recent years statistic analysis theory of qualitative data and statistic software develop rapidly, statistic analysis of qualitative data can be applied in extracting information of traditional Chinese medicine to get more valid information. The data for random visits of the same patient are usual-ly interrelated qualitative data and can’t be considered independent. It adopts qualitative data statistic analysis method to repeatly measure and analyze the curative effect of 96 patients with asthma and then calculates the cura-tive effect of decoction and pills and concludes the effect of different hospitals and base lines on curative effect. The paper finally analyzes the influence of each patient’s physique ( premunition) on curative effect and concludes the precise calculation formula of probability of good curative effect under various circumstances, which verifies the ne-cessity of repeated measurement model.
