采用高镁合金包芯线进行喂线球化生产薄壁球铁件,经试验确定了芯线加入量、喂线速度、浇注时间有关工艺参数,最佳芯线加入量为每600 kg铁水加入10-12 m高镁合金包芯线;最佳喂线速度为12m/min;每包浇注时间小于8min。通过对喂线法球化处理在工艺优化控制,提高了排气管类薄壁球铁件的质量,合格率达到了90%以上。通过优化工艺参数后,质量有较大的提高,综合质量水平均达到90%以上。

Using high magnesium alloy cored wire to wire to produce thin wall ductile iron , the techno-logical parameters were determined, such as, the core content, the feed speed, and the pouring time. best cored wire injection is 10 -12m magnesium alloy cored wire per 600kg molten iron, the best feeding line speed is 12m/min, and best casting time is less than 8min.By means of feeding alloy cored wire spheroidization control in the process is optimized , so as to improve the quality of ductile i-ron thin exhaust pipe with the qualified rate of more than 90%.Through the optimization of the process parameters , the quality is improved with the comprehensive quality level reached more than 90%.
