本文对喂线法与传统冲入法汽车曲轴生产工艺进行了对比,总结了喂线法在生产铁小件中的优势。与冲入法相比,喂线法具有球化剂加入量少、温降小、产生渣量小、残镁量易于控制、球化效果好、球化效果稳定、回炉料加入量大等优点。
本文對餵線法與傳統遲入法汽車麯軸生產工藝進行瞭對比,總結瞭餵線法在生產鐵小件中的優勢。與遲入法相比,餵線法具有毬化劑加入量少、溫降小、產生渣量小、殘鎂量易于控製、毬化效果好、毬化效果穩定、迴爐料加入量大等優點。

In this paper , the wire feeding method and the conventional method in production of auto-mobile crankshaft is compared , summing up that the wire feeding method has an advantage in the pro-duction of iron small part .Compared with the conventional method , the wire feeding method has the advantage , such as less nodulizer added , less temperature drop , less amount of slag produced , resid-ual magnesium content that is easy to control , good spheroidizing effect , stable spheroidization effect , more foundry returns .
