为了综合高效利用褐煤,陕西冶金设计研究院有限公司开发了褐煤干燥-干馏联产工艺。介绍了该工艺的核心设备立式干燥炉和 SH2010型内热式干馏炉的工艺流程、工作原理以及褐煤干馏煤气净化与煤焦油回收工艺。结果表明:为了降低褐煤与高温含氧烟气在立式干燥炉中爆炸的可能,需要在干燥炉顶部设防爆板且进料粒度不能大于150 mm。 SH2010型内热式干馏炉使褐煤基本干馏完全,提高了褐煤发热量,后续的配套净化工段回收了大部分的煤焦油与煤气。
為瞭綜閤高效利用褐煤,陝西冶金設計研究院有限公司開髮瞭褐煤榦燥-榦餾聯產工藝。介紹瞭該工藝的覈心設備立式榦燥爐和 SH2010型內熱式榦餾爐的工藝流程、工作原理以及褐煤榦餾煤氣淨化與煤焦油迴收工藝。結果錶明:為瞭降低褐煤與高溫含氧煙氣在立式榦燥爐中爆炸的可能,需要在榦燥爐頂部設防爆闆且進料粒度不能大于150 mm。 SH2010型內熱式榦餾爐使褐煤基本榦餾完全,提高瞭褐煤髮熱量,後續的配套淨化工段迴收瞭大部分的煤焦油與煤氣。

In order to utilize lignite effectively,Shaanxi Metallurgical Design and Research Institute Limited Company developed lignite dry and distillation process.This paper introduced the working principle and process of vertical dryer and SH2010 internal heated retort.Then the processes of dry distillation gas purification and coal tar recovery were analyzed.In order to reduce the possibility of explosion causing by the contact of lignite and high temperature oxygen-rich flue gas in dryer,an anti-explosion board should be installed at the top of dryer and the lignite size shouldn’t be larger than 150 mm.The SH2010 internal heated retort had better effects and improved the calorific value of lignite.The subsequent matched purification equipment recycled most of the coal tar and coal gas.
