为提高褐煤制气化水煤浆的制浆浓度,采用传统制浆工艺与分级研磨制浆工艺分别对某化工企业提供的3种煤样进行水煤浆成浆性实验,并在此基础上进行配煤制浆实验。结果表明:东明煤、扎赉诺尔煤、宝矿提质煤传统制浆工艺的最高浓度分别为48.54%、51.76%、56.08%,分级研磨制浆最高浓度分别为51.72%、54.82%、59.21%,3种煤样分级研磨制浆工艺水煤浆浓度提高3%以上。按照东明煤、扎赉诺尔煤质量比1∶1或东明煤、宝矿提质煤质量比2∶1配煤时所制水煤浆浓度分别为53.12%、54.21%,满足水煤浆浓度设计要求。
為提高褐煤製氣化水煤漿的製漿濃度,採用傳統製漿工藝與分級研磨製漿工藝分彆對某化工企業提供的3種煤樣進行水煤漿成漿性實驗,併在此基礎上進行配煤製漿實驗。結果錶明:東明煤、扎賚諾爾煤、寶礦提質煤傳統製漿工藝的最高濃度分彆為48.54%、51.76%、56.08%,分級研磨製漿最高濃度分彆為51.72%、54.82%、59.21%,3種煤樣分級研磨製漿工藝水煤漿濃度提高3%以上。按照東明煤、扎賚諾爾煤質量比1∶1或東明煤、寶礦提質煤質量比2∶1配煤時所製水煤漿濃度分彆為53.12%、54.21%,滿足水煤漿濃度設計要求。
위제고갈매제기화수매장적제장농도,채용전통제장공예여분급연마제장공예분별대모화공기업제공적3충매양진행수매장성장성실험,병재차기출상진행배매제장실험。결과표명:동명매、찰뢰낙이매、보광제질매전통제장공예적최고농도분별위48.54%、51.76%、56.08%,분급연마제장최고농도분별위51.72%、54.82%、59.21%,3충매양분급연마제장공예수매장농도제고3%이상。안조동명매、찰뢰낙이매질량비1∶1혹동명매、보광제질매질량비2∶1배매시소제수매장농도분별위53.12%、54.21%,만족수매장농도설계요구。
In order to improve the concentration of coal water slurry (CWS) for gasification with lignite,the slurryability of three coal sam-ples which were provided by an chemical enterprise was conducted through traditional CWS preparation process and classified grinding process.Then the CWS preparation with blending coal was carried out.The results showed that,prepared by traditional process,the highest pulp concentration of Dongming coal,Zhalainuoer coal,Baokuang upgrading coal were 48.54%,51.76%,56.08%.Prepared by classified grinding process,the highest pulp concentration of above three CWS were 51.72%,54.82%,59.21%,which were above 3% higher than the concentration of CWS prepared by traditional process.When the mass ratio of Dongming coal and Zhalainuoer coal was 1 to 1,or the mass ratio of Dongming coal and Baokuang upgrading coal was 2 to 1,the concentration of CWS were 53.12% and 54.21%,which met the design requirements.
