针对向家坝库区溶解性气体过饱和对鱼类的影响,开展溶解性气体过饱和自然水域中胭脂鱼( Myxocyprinus asiaticus)的血气酸碱平衡的分析研究。结果表明,中度染毒组血液(暴露于溶解气体饱和水体2 h)碳酸氢根浓度(AB)、标准碳酸氢盐浓度(SB)、二氧化碳含量(TCO2)水平显著下降,全血碱超(BEb)、细胞外液碱超(BEecf)负值显著增加, pH、氧分压( pO2)、二氧化碳分压( pCO2)、血氧饱和度( SO2)均下降,半饱和度氧分压( p50)显著升高;重度染毒组(暴露于溶解气体饱和水体4 h) AB、 SB、 TCO2、 pH、 SO2均显著下降, BEb、 BEecf负值均显著增加, pO2、 pCO2均升高, p50显著升高;溶解气体过饱和水体引起胭脂鱼发生酸中毒。
針對嚮傢壩庫區溶解性氣體過飽和對魚類的影響,開展溶解性氣體過飽和自然水域中胭脂魚( Myxocyprinus asiaticus)的血氣痠堿平衡的分析研究。結果錶明,中度染毒組血液(暴露于溶解氣體飽和水體2 h)碳痠氫根濃度(AB)、標準碳痠氫鹽濃度(SB)、二氧化碳含量(TCO2)水平顯著下降,全血堿超(BEb)、細胞外液堿超(BEecf)負值顯著增加, pH、氧分壓( pO2)、二氧化碳分壓( pCO2)、血氧飽和度( SO2)均下降,半飽和度氧分壓( p50)顯著升高;重度染毒組(暴露于溶解氣體飽和水體4 h) AB、 SB、 TCO2、 pH、 SO2均顯著下降, BEb、 BEecf負值均顯著增加, pO2、 pCO2均升高, p50顯著升高;溶解氣體過飽和水體引起胭脂魚髮生痠中毒。
침대향가패고구용해성기체과포화대어류적영향,개전용해성기체과포화자연수역중연지어( Myxocyprinus asiaticus)적혈기산감평형적분석연구。결과표명,중도염독조혈액(폭로우용해기체포화수체2 h)탄산경근농도(AB)、표준탄산경염농도(SB)、이양화탄함량(TCO2)수평현저하강,전혈감초(BEb)、세포외액감초(BEecf)부치현저증가, pH、양분압( pO2)、이양화탄분압( pCO2)、혈양포화도( SO2)균하강,반포화도양분압( p50)현저승고;중도염독조(폭로우용해기체포화수체4 h) AB、 SB、 TCO2、 pH、 SO2균현저하강, BEb、 BEecf부치균현저증가, pO2、 pCO2균승고, p50현저승고;용해기체과포화수체인기연지어발생산중독。
The dissolved gas supersaturation in the Xiangjiaba reservoir generated from the flood discharge had effects on the fish in the water .The blood gas analysis was studied in Myxocyprinus asiaticus in the natural water of dissolved gas su-peraturation .The results were as follows: in moderate poisoning group ( the fish exposed to dissolved gas superaturation water for two hours), the level of bicarbonate (AB), standard bicarbonate (SB) and total carbon dioxide (TCO2) in the fish blood decreased significantly .The base excess of blood (BEb) and the base excess of extracellular fluid (BEecf) neg-ative increased significantly.The pH value, partial pressure of oxygen (pO2), partial pressure of carbon dioxide (pCO2) and oxygen saturation (SO2) all decreased.The half saturation oxygen partial pressure (P50) increased significantly.In the severe intoxication group ( the fish exposed to dissolved gas saturation water for four hours ) , the levels of AB , SB, TCO2 , pH, SO2 decreased significantly .While the negative value of BEb and BEecf increased significantly .And the val-ue of pO2 and pCO2 ascended.P50 rose significantly.The fish exposed to the dissolved gas supersaturation water suffered from the acidosis .
