液压挖掘机回转系统启动过程中存在严重溢流损失,提高启动速度和减小溢流损失很难同时实现,尤其是对于中大型液压挖掘机。利用AMESim和ADAMS仿真软件,建立挖掘机回转系统的机---液联合仿真模型,分析相关参数对回转启动性能的影响,通过优化系统参数,减小启动溢流损失的同时提高了启动速度。
液壓挖掘機迴轉繫統啟動過程中存在嚴重溢流損失,提高啟動速度和減小溢流損失很難同時實現,尤其是對于中大型液壓挖掘機。利用AMESim和ADAMS倣真軟件,建立挖掘機迴轉繫統的機---液聯閤倣真模型,分析相關參數對迴轉啟動性能的影響,通過優化繫統參數,減小啟動溢流損失的同時提高瞭啟動速度。

Overflow losses seriously exist in the start-up process of hydraulic excavator's slewing system, while improving the start-up speed and reducing overflow losses is difficult to be simultaneously achieved, especially for medium and large hydraulic excavators. This article established the AMESim-ADAMS co-simulation model of excavator's slewing system, analyzed the influence of the rotary system's main parameters, optimized the main parameters, and reduced overflow losses as improving the startup speeds.
