为避免复配添加剂对滴定结果的干扰,采用高效液相色谱法测定丙酸钙的含量。试验结果表明:丙酸的质量浓度在0.05~1.00 g/L 的范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,定量限为0.05 g/kg,回收率为97.3%~103.4%,RSD≤2.9%(n=6)。该方法精确度好,灵敏度高,样品预处理简单,是复配食品添加剂中丙酸钙含量测定的理想方法。

UPLC was applied to the determination of calcium propionate in order to avoid the interference of complex food additives on the titration results. The result showed a linear relationship between quality of propionic acid concentration in the range of 0.05 ~ 1.00 g/l and its peak area, in which LOQ was 0.05 g/kg, recovery was 97.3 ~ 103.4% and RSD was less than or equal to 2.9 %(n=6). UPLC was an ideal test method for determination of calcium propionate in complex food additives with its accuracy, high sensitivity, and simple sample pretreatment.
