在经济关系和技术处理中,输电工程相关设计的影响至关重要,对计算工程的全周期成本也起着举足轻重的作用。依据全寿命周期的基本理论,提出输电线路全寿命成本整体经济分析和分级反馈的设计模型,通过设计输电路径的实例,验证全寿命周期成本管理在配电网输电线路设计方面的现实意义和经济效益。

In the economic relations and the technical processing, the design of power transmission engineering is not only crucial but also plays an important role in computing project life cycle cost. The paper put forward an overall economic analysis of transmission line life-cycle cost based on the basic theory of whole life cycle, and it also designed a model of classification feedback. It verified practical significance and economic benefits of the whole life cycle cost management in the field of power transmission line design with the help of example design of the transmission path.
