利用群的扩张理论对p6阶群椎31(16)进行了推广，得到了一类新的P-群，给出了它的一些性质，特别地验证了它是LA-群。

This paper was a generalization of the order of p6 of Ф31 (16) group, by using the extension theory of group, and a new series of P-group was obtained. And some properties were shown. Particularly, it proved that the group was new LA-group.
