建国以来，我们先后用五种方式对敌对分子专政，今天必须把专政纳入法治的轨道，建立法治型专政，谁来专政，专谁的政，专政程序，专政结论，专政执行，都由法律判断。专政的首要价值，在于促进社会和谐发展。

건국이래，아문선후용오충방식대활대분자전정，금천필수파전정납입법치적궤도，건입법치형전정，수래전정，전수적정，전정정서，전정결론，전정집행，도유법률판단。전정적수요개치，재우촉진사회화해발전。
Since the founding of new China ,we have used five ways to conduct dictatorship on dissidents and today we must practice governance by law in terms of dictatorship and stress the establishment of the rule of law type dictatorship .The author of this paper explores problems concerning the subjects and objects of dictatorship , dictatorship conclusion , implementation procedures and dictatorship by legal judgment .The author holds that the primary value of dictatorship is to promote the harmonious development of society .
