目的：比较MTX+孕囊穿刺和单独药物治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年1月~2014年7月我院收治的137例CSP患者资料，按治疗方法分为两组，A组（n=68）采用单独药物治疗，B组（n=69）采用MTX+孕囊穿刺治疗。结果 A组治愈率与B组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。B组治疗后1周、治疗后2周血β-HCG水平与A组比较明显降低，血β-HCG水平恢复至正常所需时间短于A组，出血量少于A组，平均住院天数及转经时间均短于A组（P＜0.05）。A组及B组术后FSH、LH、E2水平比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 MTX+孕囊穿刺治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床疗效与单独药物治疗的疗效比较有显著优势，能缩短血β-HCG水平恢复正常的时间、减少出血量、缩短住院时间及月经恢复时间，可以在临床推广应用。
목적：비교MTX+잉낭천자화단독약물치료부궁산술후자궁반흔임신환자적림상료효。방법회고성분석2013년1월~2014년7월아원수치적137례CSP환자자료，안치료방법분위량조，A조（n=68）채용단독약물치료，B조（n=69）채용MTX+잉낭천자치료。결과 A조치유솔여B조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。B조치료후1주、치료후2주혈β-HCG수평여A조비교명현강저，혈β-HCG수평회복지정상소수시간단우A조，출혈량소우A조，평균주원천수급전경시간균단우A조（P＜0.05）。A조급B조술후FSH、LH、E2수평비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론 MTX+잉낭천자치료부궁산술후자궁반흔임신적림상료효여단독약물치료적료효비교유현저우세，능축단혈β-HCG수평회복정상적시간、감소출혈량、축단주원시간급월경회복시간，가이재림상추엄응용。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of MTX+ pregnant bursa puncture,single drug therapy for the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy patients. Methods Retrospectivly analyzed the information of 137 CSP patients in our hospital from Jan 2013 to Jul 2014 and divided into two groups, group A (n=68) used single drug therapy, group B (n=69) used MTX+ pregnant bursa puncture therapy. Results The cure rate in group A compared with group B showed significant difference (P<0.05). Group B after one week treatment and two weeks treatment, serum β-HCG level was significantly lower than group A, the time that bloodβ-HCG levels recoverd back to normal was shorter than group A, the amount of bleeding was less than group A, the average of hospital stays and turning time were shorter than group A (P<0.05). FSH, no pre-LH, E2 level of two groups had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy cesarean scar preg-nancy treated with MTX + pregnant bursa puncture therapy has significant advantage than single drug therapy , can shorten the time that blood β-HCG level recovers back to normal, reduce the amount of bleeding, shorter hospital stays and recovery time of menstruation, it can be applied in clinic.
