目的：研究柚皮素对肺腺癌A549细胞的增殖抑制及诱导凋亡作用。方法应用四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法（MTT法）观察柚皮素对A549细胞增殖的抑制作用；Hoechst 33342染色后于倒置荧光显微镜下观察柚皮素对A549细胞形态的影响；通过Annexin V-FITC/PI双染后流式细胞术检测柚皮素对A549细胞诱导凋亡的作用。结果柚皮素可抑制A549细胞的增殖，且呈现时效、量效依赖关系；Hoechst 33342染色倒置荧光显微镜下发现不同浓度柚皮素作用细胞48h后出现细胞核破裂、浓染，呈现明显的凋亡形态学特征；200μM、400μM 柚皮素作用细胞48h 后 A549细胞凋亡率分别为（12.15±2.14）%和（25.26±3.37）%。结论柚皮素可能通过诱导细胞凋亡从而发挥其抑制A549细胞增殖的作用。
목적：연구유피소대폐선암A549세포적증식억제급유도조망작용。방법응용사갑기우담서염비색법（MTT법）관찰유피소대A549세포증식적억제작용；Hoechst 33342염색후우도치형광현미경하관찰유피소대A549세포형태적영향；통과Annexin V-FITC/PI쌍염후류식세포술검측유피소대A549세포유도조망적작용。결과유피소가억제A549세포적증식，차정현시효、량효의뢰관계；Hoechst 33342염색도치형광현미경하발현불동농도유피소작용세포48h후출현세포핵파렬、농염，정현명현적조망형태학특정；200μM、400μM 유피소작용세포48h 후 A549세포조망솔분별위（12.15±2.14）%화（25.26±3.37）%。결론유피소가능통과유도세포조망종이발휘기억제A549세포증식적작용。
Objective To investigate induction of apoptosis and proliferation inhibition of naringenin on lung adenocar-cinoma A549 cells. Methods Used MTT assay to measure the inhibiting effect of naringenin on A549 cells proliferation. Ob-served the effect of naringenin on A549 cell morphology by Hoechst 33342 fluorescent staining on inverted fluorescence micro-scope. Detected induction of apoptosis of naringenin on A549 cells by flow cytometry after Annexin V-FITC/PI staining. Re-sults MTT results showed that the naringenin significantly suppressed the proliferation of A549 cells in time and concentration-dependent. Typical apoptotic morphological changes also appeared after different concentration naringenin treatment for 48h .Flow cytometry results demonstrated that the apoptosis rates of A549 cells were (12.15±2.14)%and (25.26±3.37)%after naringenin (200 and 400μmol/L) treatment for 48h,respectively. Conclusion Naringenin could inhibit A549 cells growth and prolifera-tion and induced apoptosis.
