根据专业建设评价的原则，利用层次分析法(AHP)构建专业建设评价的层次结构模型，确定指标的权重系数。然后，将多目标决策中的理想解法应用到以矩阵为元素的空间中，按照与最小理想点的相对接近度对人才培养做出综合评价。最后，通过对实例进行量化计算，实证研究表明评估结果与实地调研具有良好的一致性，同时说明了该算法的有效性。

Based on the principles of specialty construction evaluation in the talent cultivation, talent cultivation AHP model was established to determine target weight. TOPSIS method was applied to space with matrix elements, and comprehensive evaluation of talent cultivation was made according to the minimal relative distance between evaluation index matrix and ideal solution matrix. The availability of this method was verified by calculating actual value of examples. Demonstration shows that the result accords to actual status. The results show that the method is effective.
