为解决加速踏板与地板之间的干涉问题，提高整车的驾驶舒适性和安全性，建立了3 DCS三维装配偏差分析模型，运行蒙特卡洛虚拟装配，得到分析目标的概率统计特性曲线和贡献因子的灵敏度分析结果，并根据偏差分析结果，对加速踏板及加速踏板安装板的定位基准进行了稳健性优化。对比分析优化前后加速踏板与地板距离的显著几何因子影响系数、质量损失函数以及装配质量的不合格率，并绘制测量目标的概率分布图，以验证稳健性优化方案的有效性。分析发现，基于装配偏差分析结果，对显著影响因子进行稳健性优化，可有效提高稳健性优化效率，并保证产品质量满足设计要求。

In order to solve the interference problem of the accelerating pedal and the front floor,and to improve the ride comfort and safety,a 3DCS assembly variation analysis model was built.Running Monte-Carlo visual assembly,the probability distribution of the analysis target and the sensitivity analysis result of contributors were obtained,and then,a robust optimization for datum layout of the accelerating pedal and the mounting panel was presented.The significant Geo-Factor,quality loss level and failure rate of as-sembly quality of the accelerating pedal between the original design and the robust optimization design was analyzed and compared,and the probability distribution image of assembly quality was drawn to verify the availability of robust optimization.Robust optimization based on the assembly variation analysis result can improve the efficiency of robust optimization design,and the product quality can meet design require-ments.
