针对转炉煤气管道口径大、直管段小、工艺管道连接复杂无法找到计量管道,以及转炉煤气流速低,无法使用现有流量仪表进行流量检测的问题,提出了不使用流量仪表设备,利用回收瞬时量计算模型单元、回收时间计算单元和回收量累积计算单元,间接计量转炉煤气的回收量。
針對轉爐煤氣管道口徑大、直管段小、工藝管道連接複雜無法找到計量管道,以及轉爐煤氣流速低,無法使用現有流量儀錶進行流量檢測的問題,提齣瞭不使用流量儀錶設備,利用迴收瞬時量計算模型單元、迴收時間計算單元和迴收量纍積計算單元,間接計量轉爐煤氣的迴收量。

The LDG’s bigger pipeline diameter,shorter straight pipe,difficulty in confirming the metering pipe as well as the lower flow rate jointly influences the LDG metering through any existing flow instrument. Employing the model for instantaneous flow calculation and recovery time calculation and the calculating ele-ment for the recovery accumulation to indirectly calculate LDG recovery volume was proposed to benefit LGD recovery in steelmaking production without extra cost.
