在研究HFW焊管精成型变形规律的基础上,确定了精成型辊的孔型设计原则。从孔型圆周长、导向片宽度、孔型半径、辊缝及轧辊底径等5个方面标准化孔型设计方法,得出了各道次圆弧周长的计算方法,从而快速地推导出孔型半径,轧辊底径等参数,形成了一套精成型辊孔型设计方法,计算结果准确。
在研究HFW銲管精成型變形規律的基礎上,確定瞭精成型輥的孔型設計原則。從孔型圓週長、導嚮片寬度、孔型半徑、輥縫及軋輥底徑等5箇方麵標準化孔型設計方法,得齣瞭各道次圓弧週長的計算方法,從而快速地推導齣孔型半徑,軋輥底徑等參數,形成瞭一套精成型輥孔型設計方法,計算結果準確。

Based on study the deformation rule of HFW pipe finish forming,the pass design principle was determined. it received the computing method for circular perimeter of each pass from several aspects of standardized groove design method,such as circumference,width of counter vane,pass radius, roller gap and roller bottom diameter. Thus it can quickly deduce the parameters of pass radius,roller bottom diameter etc.,to form a complete set of finish forming roll pass design method,and the calculated results are accurate.
