对20钢在含较高H2S污水中的腐蚀状况进行了试验研究,从材质、水温、溶解氧以及水的pH值变化等方面分析了导致20钢腐蚀的因素。试验结果表明,20钢的金相组织主要为粗大和片状珠光体以及铁素体,同时还存在偏析和夹杂现象,在60℃时腐蚀严重,并呈现先结垢后腐蚀的特点;水中氧的存在使得20钢不易生成钝化膜,加速了腐蚀, pH值在较小范围内下降也会使20钢的腐蚀明显变大。

In order to study the corrosion situation of 20 steel in sewage containing high H2S,it analyzed the corrosion factors of 20 steel from several aspects,such as material,water temperature,dissolved oxygen and the change of water pH etc. The experimental results indicated that the metallographic structure of 20 steel mainly contains bulky or lamellar pearlite and ferrite,meanwhile, there exits segregation and inclusions in its structure. At 60 ℃,the corrosion is serious,it presents the characteristics of scaling before corrosion. The presence of dissolved oxygen in water prevents the generation of passive film , accelerating corrosion,with the pH value decreasing in a small range. This also can make the corrosion of 20 steel increase obviously.
