以水泥、粉煤灰、发泡板废料、聚苯颗粒、纤维水泥平板、功能外加剂为主要原料制备了复合夹芯墙板,研究了活性掺合料粉煤灰、惰性掺合料发泡板废料的掺量对复合夹芯墙板性能的影响,并分析了其作用机理。结果表明,粉煤灰可提高墙板的抗压强度,发泡板废料可提高墙板的轻质性。当粉煤灰掺量占总量的20%、发泡板废料的掺量占总量的16%时,复合夹芯墙板的面密度为47.3 kg/m2,抗压强度为3.52 MPa,软化系数为0.81,含水率为8.8%,满足国家标准要求。

The composite wall panel with core is prepared by cement, fly ash, foamed cement waste, expanded polystyrene granule, fiber cement flat sheet and functional additive. Effects of amounts of active admixture of fly ash and inert admixture of foamed cement waste are studied, and their act mechanism is analyzed. Results show that the compressive strength of panel is increased by adding fly ash, and the lightweight property is increased by adding foamed cement waste. When the amounts of fly ash and foamed cement waste are respectively 20% and 16%, the surface density is 47.3kg/m2, the compressive strength is 3.52MPa, the softening coefficient is 0.81, and the moisture content is 8.8%. The properties of the panels meet the relevant national standard.
