Liu Shaoqi put forward the thought of preventing CPC from the alienation from the masses, expounding the harms of the alienation,summarizing the contributing factors resulted in the alienation and proposing out the measures for preventing the alienation. This thought has to date its significant realistic implications for CPC to correctly handle the relationship between the masses and itself and overcome the risk of the alienation.
