目的：探讨半导体激光照射联合康复新及莫匹罗星治疗癌症患者压疮的临床疗效。方法：将56例长期卧床且合并有压疮的癌症患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各28例。对照组采用压疮传统常规换药方法；观察组采取半导体激光照射联合康复新及莫匹罗星治疗。治疗护理30d后评价两组疗效。结果：采用半导体激光照射联合康复新及莫匹罗星治疗癌症患者压疮的临床效果显著，与对照组相比缩短了压疮愈合时间，其差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：采用半导体激光照射联合康复新及莫匹罗星治疗癌症患者压疮，可有效改善压疮局部组织缺血缺氧状况，方法简单，治愈时间短，安全有效。

Objective:To study the new semiconductor laser joint rehabilitation and mupirocin clinical curative effect for the treatment of cancer patients with pressure ulcers. Methods:56 cases of prolonged bed and cancer pa-tients with pressure ulcers, were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n = 28). Re-sults:Using semiconductor laser irradiation combined new rehabilitation and mupirocin treating cancer patients with pressure ulcers clinical effect is remarkable, compared with the control group to shorten the ulcer healing time, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Using semiconductor laser irradiation combined new rehabilitation and mupirocin treatment of pressure ulcers in patients with cancer, which can effectively improve local tissue ischemia oxygen pressure ulcers, method is simple, short cure time, safe and effective.
