为了提高DFB激光器驱动电路的可靠性和稳定性,设计了一款基于波长调制光谱技术的DFB激光器驱动电路。压控恒流源电路能够完成对激光器的恒流驱动以及其波长的粗调。利用FPGA生成直接频率合成器产生幅值为5V,频率为20kHz的正弦信号和频率为20Hz的三角信号,其可以对激光器的波长进行调制和扫描,进而实现对激光器的波长进行精确调谐。然后利用QuartusII软件对激光器的驱动电路进行了仿真。最后,对激光器驱动电路进行了模拟实验,结果表明输出电流与输入电压成线性关系,输出的电流与负载无关,达到了预期的设计目标。

In order to improve the reliability and stability of LD driving circuit, this paper designes LD driving circuit based on the wavelength modulation spectroscopy technique. In this paper, the voltage controlled constant cur-rent source circuit designed can complete the current driving for the LD, and then realize the precise tuning for the wavelength of the laser. At the same time, DDS generated by using FPGA can get 20kHz sine wave and 20Hz trian-gular signal with 5V, which can complete wavelength modulation and wavelength scanning of the laser. In this paper, we use QuartusII software simulate LD driving circuit, and then we carry out simulation experiment. The result shows that the output current of LD driving circuit is linear with the input voltage, and it is nothing to the load. So this paper achieves the desired design goals, and will provide an important reference in the further.
