目的：探讨产褥期妇女行产后康复治疗对母乳喂养及恶露情况的影响。方法：将产妇200例随机分为两组，各100例，对照组施加常规产后护理，观察组施加产后康复治疗，对比母乳喂养与恶露情况。结果：对照组产妇于产后42d的乳汁分泌量明显不及观察组，纯母乳喂养率以79.0%明显低于观察组的94.0%，恶露平均消失时间明显高于观察组的（10.8±3.1）d（P＜0.05）。结论：产褥期妇女行产后康复治疗后应用效果显著，值得推广。

목적：탐토산욕기부녀행산후강복치료대모유위양급악로정황적영향。방법：장산부200례수궤분위량조，각100례，대조조시가상규산후호리，관찰조시가산후강복치료，대비모유위양여악로정황。결과：대조조산부우산후42d적유즙분비량명현불급관찰조，순모유위양솔이79.0%명현저우관찰조적94.0%，악로평균소실시간명현고우관찰조적（10.8±3.1）d（P＜0.05）。결론：산욕기부녀행산후강복치료후응용효과현저，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effect on breastfeeding and postpartum lochia postpartum women line rehabilitation. Methods:200 cases were randomly divided into two groups of women, 100 cases of the control group routine postnatal care, observation group applied each postpartum rehabilitation, comparing breastfeeding and lochia. Results:The control group mothers in the postpartum milk secretion was significantly less than 42d observation group, with 79.0% exclusive breastfeeding rate was significantly lower than the 94.0%in the observation group, the lochia significantly higher than the average disappearance time observation group (10.8±3.1) d (P<0.05). Conclusion:puerperal women postpartum line application after rehabilitation significant effect, it is worth promoting.
