本文通过分析目前钻探机台常用塔棚存在的安全隐患,结合新型材料玻璃钢材料的特性,设计并试用了一种以 FRP材料为主体,以不锈钢为结构骨架的新型节能塔棚,介绍了应用新型材料设计机台塔棚情况和试用效果,证明了玻璃钢塔棚适用于钻探机台,提高了机台安全生产系数,改善了钻工作业环境,提高了空间利用率和寒冷季节钻探作业的可实施性,延长了每年的野外可施工期,对于提高生产效率发挥了积极作用。

본문통과분석목전찬탐궤태상용탑붕존재적안전은환,결합신형재료파리강재료적특성,설계병시용료일충이 FRP재료위주체,이불수강위결구골가적신형절능탑붕,개소료응용신형재료설계궤태탑붕정황화시용효과,증명료파리강탑붕괄용우찬탐궤태,제고료궤태안전생산계수,개선료찬공작업배경,제고료공간이용솔화한랭계절찬탐작업적가실시성,연장료매년적야외가시공기,대우제고생산효솔발휘료적겁작용。
In this paper,the authors analyze the potential safety hazard on tower shed of drilling machine commonly used,combined with the characteristics of new materials,-glass fiber reinforced plastic mate-rials,design and try a FRP materials as the main body with stainless steel for the structure frame of new energy-saving tower shed.This paper introduces the application of new materials to design the machine tower shed and trial effect,prove the glass steel tower tent to be suitable for boring machine,improve the production safety coefficient. The machine is improved for roughneck work environment, the space utilization as well as the efficiency of production.
