Risk evaluation report issued at the design stage of pressure vessel will increase the dififculty in design and have higher requirements for designers. Aiming at how to implement the risk evaluation in details, this paper gives the risk evaluation report of shift converter about coal chemical industry and what stated can be referenced in pressure vessel design. The main aim of author is to improve the quality of risk evaluation report and to promote the application of risk evaluation technology.
