The paper analyzed the electrical characteristics of neutral point artificial grounding and fault grounding in low voltage distribution network.The widespread phenomenon that is connecting the ground by the different lines in the same grid,was revealed in low voltage distribution network.It could cause a lot of energy waste.It was pointed out that the removal of neutral point grounding,effective uninterrupted monitoring,and timely elimination of grounding fault make the grid insulated with the ground,to prevent the power loss.
