【目的】探讨定心汤对冠心病室性期前收缩的治疗效果和安全性。【方法】选取2011年12月至2013年12月来本院进行治疗的100例冠心病患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组50例。两组患者在给予原发病基础治疗的同时，对照组给予常规的抗心律失常药物盐酸普罗帕酮治疗，观察组给予定心汤治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的疗效。【结果】观察组患者中医症候疗效的总有效率（94．0％）和室性期前收缩总有效率（90．0％）均优于对照组（76．0％、72．0％），差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）；与治疗前相比，两组患者期前收缩次数均明显减少（P ＜0．05）；观察组期前收缩次数减少程度更优于对照组，差异有显著性（P ＜0．05）。【结论】常规治疗联合定心汤能有效减少冠心病患者的室性期前收缩次数，临床效果显著。
【목적】탐토정심탕대관심병실성기전수축적치료효과화안전성。【방법】선취2011년12월지2013년12월래본원진행치료적100례관심병환자위연구대상，수궤분위대조조여관찰조，매조50례。량조환자재급여원발병기출치료적동시，대조조급여상규적항심률실상약물염산보라파동치료，관찰조급여정심탕치료，비교량조환자치료후적료효。【결과】관찰조환자중의증후료효적총유효솔（94．0％）화실성기전수축총유효솔（90．0％）균우우대조조（76．0％、72．0％），차이구유통계학의의（ P ＜0．05）；여치료전상비，량조환자기전수축차수균명현감소（P ＜0．05）；관찰조기전수축차수감소정도경우우대조조，차이유현저성（P ＜0．05）。【결론】상규치료연합정심탕능유효감소관심병환자적실성기전수축차수，림상효과현저。
[Objective] To explore clinical efficacy and safety of Dingxin decoction for the treatment of ventric‐ular premature beat in coronary heart disease .[Methods]Totally 100 patients with coronary heart disease accepting treatment from Dec .2011 to Dec 2013 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group( n=50) and observation group( n =50) .On the basis of the basic therapy of primary disease ,the control group was given the conventional anti‐arrhythmic drug Propafenone ,while the observation group was giv‐en Dingxin decoction .The efficacy was compared between two groups after treatment .[Results] The total effec‐tive rate of traditional Chinese symptoms in the observation group (94 .0% ) and ventricular premature beat (90 .0% ) were better than those in control group(76 .0% and 72 .0% ) ,and there were significant differences( P<0 .05) .Compared with before the treatment ,the frequency of ventricular premature beat in two groups was ob‐viously decreased( P <0 .05) ,and the decreasing degree of the frequency of ventricular premature beat in the ob‐servation group was better than the control group ,and there was significant difference( P <0 .05) .[Conclusion]The conventional therapy combined with Dingxin decoction can effectively decrease the frequency of ventricular premature beats of patients with coronary heart disease ,and the clinical efficacy is remarkable .
