    In this paper, the current development status of the comprehensive utilization of sericultural resources in Zhe-jiang Province was summarized, and the problems existing in the comprehensive utilization of sericultural resources was analyzed. The countermeasure and suggestion to speed up the development of science and technology, strengthening the technical training, fostering the growth of main business, and increase policy support were put forward.
