某工程水下混凝土桩基采用钻孔灌注嵌岩桩设计。运行多年后经检查,因桩基附近的河床被水流冲刷、掏空,不仅使基桩承受一定的侧压力造成基桩处于不利的受力状态,且造成桩基表面混凝土剥落、露筋及钢筋锈蚀等病害。为保证长久安全运行,经比选,采用钢模保护、浇注聚合物混凝土处理措施。笔者拟就保护处理技术措施进行介绍,供同类工程借鉴。

The underwater concrete pile of a project was designed as bore pouring rock-socketed pile. After years of operation, it was found that the river bed was scoured and the side pressure on the pile was unfavorable. As well, the concrete scaling, bare bar and corrosion was caused. For safe operation, steel formwork for protection and pouring of polymer concrete was adopted. The paper introduced the protection treatment, for reference.
