目的:探讨X射线数字成像在全脊柱摄影中的临床应用价值。方法:应用西门子FX数字X射线机,对50例患者脊柱进行分段拍摄,通过工作站进行后处理,拼接出全脊柱无缝连接的优质图像,为临床提供可靠数据。结果:50例患者全脊柱正侧位片,其中46例显示了颈、胸、腰及骶尾骨完全连接,清晰度和对比度较好,另外4例为强制性脊柱炎患者,图像不完全,但能达到诊断要求。结论:数字化全脊柱成像系统具有以下优势:①能在一张X射线片上显示全脊柱图像;②摄影技术相对简捷,易操作;③易于保存传输;④节省患者检查费用,节约医疗资源。普及全脊柱成像技术能够对临床提供很大帮助,为影像数字化进程迈出坚实的一步。

목적:탐토X사선수자성상재전척주섭영중적림상응용개치。방법:응용서문자FX수자X사선궤,대50례환자척주진행분단박섭,통과공작참진행후처리,병접출전척주무봉련접적우질도상,위림상제공가고수거。결과:50례환자전척주정측위편,기중46례현시료경、흉、요급저미골완전련접,청석도화대비도교호,령외4례위강제성척주염환자,도상불완전,단능체도진단요구。결론:수자화전척주성상계통구유이하우세:①능재일장X사선편상현시전척주도상;②섭영기술상대간첩,역조작;③역우보존전수;④절성환자검사비용,절약의료자원。보급전척주성상기술능구대림상제공흔대방조,위영상수자화진정매출견실적일보。
Objective:To explore the application value of the whole spine imaging based on DR. Methods: Fifty patients were examined by Siemens FX digital X-ray machine. The segment images were processed on the workstation. Then, a high-quality image of whole spine without cracks was obtained. It can provide reliable data for clinical.Results: Among 50 cases, 46 cases showed the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacrum and coccyx fully connected, the sharpness and contrast are good. The images of the other 4 cases who were diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis are not complete, but can satisfy the requirement of diagnosis.Conclusion: Digital whole spine imaging system has the following advantages: (1)It can display whole spine in an X-ray image. (2)Technology is simple, easy to operate. (3)It can be easily saved and transitted. (4)It can help patients to save examination cost and medical resources. The popularity of imaging technology in the whole spine can provide great benefit to clinical departments, so it made a solid step for the digital image process.
