结合西南某水电站增效扩容项目,探究了低水头混流式水轮机转轮叶片优化时不同上冠型线对其性能影响。拟定了4种上冠型线方案,利用相关软件建立了在高效区内,导叶开度为25°时水轮机全流道水体模型,并对其进行了流场数值模拟。结果表明,采用方案3曲线型上冠型线对该转轮的过流能力和水力效率等水力性能具有较好的优化作用。因此可利用该转轮替代原转轮,以实现对该电站的增效扩容改造。

Combined with the synergistic expansion project of a hydropower station in Southwest China and based on the optimization of low head Francis turbine blade runner ,this paper explores the influence of crown type line performance and proposes 4 crown pro‐file schemes ,in the high efficiency region ,the guide vane opening for 25° ,the hydraulic turbine water model of whole flow passage is established by using related software ,and has carried on the numerical simulation of flow fields .The results show ,that adopting the curved crown type line of scheme 3 on the runner flow capacity and hydraulic efficiency has better hydraulic performance optimization . Therefore ,the runner can be used to replace the original runner ,and realize the power plant synergistic expansion transformation .
