结合农村配电网的特点,在传统自适应电流速断保护的基础上,提出了一种消除农村配电网中分布式电源和负荷电流对保护整定值影响的算法。由于分布式电源和负荷电流的影响,两相短路时的保护故障类型系数已不再是定值,该算法通过考虑分布式电源和负荷电流的影响,分析了两相短路时流过保护的电流值,根据分布式电源和负荷电流存在的情况下建立动作判据。该算法克服了传统电流保护存在的由于受分布式电源和负荷电流影响而产生的拒动、误动的缺陷。仿真结果证明,该方法能够消除分布式电源和负荷电流对保护的影响,达到了预定的结果。

Combined with the characteristics of the rural distributed networks ,on the basis of traditional adaptive current instantane‐ous fault protection ,this paper puts forward an algorithm which can eliminate the effect of the distributed generation and load current on the protection setting value in the distribution network .Because of the influence of the distributed generation and load current , the fault type coefficient of two-phase short circuit has been no longer a constant value .The algorithm fully analyzes the current of two-phase short circuit which flows through the protection device after considering the effect of distributed generation and load cur‐rent ,and according to the existence of distributed generation and load current ,establishes action criterion .The algorithm overcomes the defects of refusing action and misoperation which is generated by traditional current due to the effect of the distributed generation and load current .Simulation results show that the method can eliminate the influence of distributed generation and load current for protection ,and achieve the intended results .
