水电站生态调度作为一种重要的非工程措施,可以缓解水电站建设对下游河道生态环境的影响。采用了反映河道径流年内连续丰枯变化特征的逐月频率计算方法进行河流最小生态径流过程计算;建立了考虑下游生态径流需求的发电优化调度模型,以逐月最小生态流量约束的形式处理下游生态径流需求;提出基于解空间模式的差分进化算法的模型求解方法,针对差分进化算法的初始种群生成模式进行了改进。三峡水电站的实例表明推荐的最小生态径流方案牺牲较小的电能经济效益可换取较高的生态环境效益。

As an important non-engineering measures , the ecological operation of the hydropower station can lessen its negative effects on downstream ecological environment of the reservoir .The monthly frequency computation method is introduced to calculate the monthly minimum ecological flow ,which reflects the characteristics of the river flow's continuous changes in a year .The optimal operation model of the hydropower station with the minimum ecological flow is established ,in which the monthly ecological flow re‐quirements is treated as a constraint .A modified differential evolution algorithm with the Feasible Solution Space mode is put for‐ward ,which improves the mode for the initial population generating .The results of application in the Three Gorges Hydropower Station show that the recommended minimum ecological runoff can sacrifice smaller energy economic efficiency to get higher ecologi‐cal environmental benefits .
