通过对山西丘陵山区11个县农业生产成本、水费、产量、收益及农民纯收入的调研，以粮食作物玉米为代表，以水费占农业生产成本、水费占农业生产净效益和水费占人均纯收入的比例3种方法分别测算农民对灌溉水价的承受能力，丘陵山区农民作为当前社会的弱势群体，分析他们对水价的承受能力，为当地水行政主管部门制定合理灌溉水价提供技术支撑和参考依据。

This study investigates the agricultural production cost ,water fee ,yields ,earnings and the net income of farmers of 11 counties in mountainous areas in Shanxi .Take corn for example ,peasants'tolerance of irrigation water price is calculated by 3 meth‐ods ,such as the proportion of water fee to agriculture production cost ,the proportion of water fee to net benefit of agricultural pro‐duction ,and the proportion of water fee to rural per capita net income .As the current social vulnerable groups ,farmers'tolerance of irrigation water price in mountainous areas is analyzed .The results can afford technical support and serve as a reference for local wa‐ter administrative department ,and can be used to formulate the reasonable irrigation water price .
