目前有关村镇饮用水水源地安全评价指标体系的研究较少，在分析村镇饮用水源地安全评价需求的基础上，首先阐述了指标体系的5个构建原则，提出指标的选取过程分为筛选和优化两个阶段，并介绍了5种优化方法；然后以村镇饮用水水源地安全内涵为基础，构建由目标层、准则层、指标层这3个层次组成的通用的指标体系框架；最后通过研究窖池水、河流水、湖库水、地下水这4类水源地的特征及相应的水质共性指标，并在此基础上根据各行业的污染特征提出了个性指标，构建了较为完善的村镇饮用水源地安全评价指标体系，使得村镇饮用水源地安全评价过程和结果更系统更科学。

There is now little research on the safety evaluation indicator system of the township drinking water sources .This paper advances five principles of establishing indicators and two periods of index selection process that is filter and optimization and five op‐timizations based on an analysis of the requirement of the township drinking water sources safety evaluation ,then establishes the uni‐versal index system constituted with target layer ,criterion layer and index layer .Finally ,by analyzing the characteristics of pit wa‐ter ,river water ,lake water and reservoir water ,groundwater and the corresponding common indicators of water quality ,it forms a comprehensive evaluation index system ,makes the evaluation of the water source more secure and more scientific .
