针对毛尔盖水电站大坝心墙料场砾石土与黏土均不能单独作为心墙料且天然含水率低于最优含水率的情况,分析和总结了砾石土掺配及含水量调整技术。通过室内掺配试验确定砾石土与黏土掺配比例为5.5∶4.5,在小范围内进行掺配与含水率调整的生产性试验,并通过检验 P5含量和含水率以及碾压试验验证该技术的可行性,最后在施工中形成并完善了土料检测、开采、运输、掺配、加水这一整套施工工艺。大坝砾石土心墙填筑工程合格率100%,优良率90.1%。这一技术可为类似土石坝的土料掺配和含水量调整施工提供参考。
針對毛爾蓋水電站大壩心牆料場礫石土與黏土均不能單獨作為心牆料且天然含水率低于最優含水率的情況,分析和總結瞭礫石土摻配及含水量調整技術。通過室內摻配試驗確定礫石土與黏土摻配比例為5.5∶4.5,在小範圍內進行摻配與含水率調整的生產性試驗,併通過檢驗 P5含量和含水率以及碾壓試驗驗證該技術的可行性,最後在施工中形成併完善瞭土料檢測、開採、運輸、摻配、加水這一整套施工工藝。大壩礫石土心牆填築工程閤格率100%,優良率90.1%。這一技術可為類似土石壩的土料摻配和含水量調整施工提供參攷。

The technology of blending and water content adjustment of gravel soil is analyzed and summarized based on the condition that the gravel soil and clay cannot be used as core materials alone and their natural moisture water content is lower than the optimum moisture content .The ratio of gravel soil and clay obtained by the blending test is 5 .5 ∶ 4 .5 and a productive test of blending and wa‐ter content adjustment is conducted on a small scale followed by examining the content of P5 as well as water and the rolling compac‐tion test which has proved this technology feasible .Finally ,a series of construction technology , .i .e .soil testing ,excavation ,trans‐port ,blending and watering ,are formed and improved during the construction .The qualified rate of the project that filling the dam core wall is 100% and the good rate is 90 .1% .The technology serves as a reference for blending and water content adjustment in the construction of similar earth-rock dams .
