目的：探讨2种血液净化方法对尿毒症患者心包积液的疗效。方法随机选取尿毒症伴心包积液患者208例，其中治疗组103例，采用连续性静-静脉血液滤过（CVVH）的方法。对照组105例采用血液透析疗法。超声心动图分别检测2组治疗前后的左心室后壁心包积液量，并进行比较。结果2种血液净化方法治疗后心包积液量较治疗前均有显著改善（P＜0.05），CVVH 好于血液透析（P＜0.05）。结论 CVVH 较血液透析在治疗尿毒症患者心包积液中具优越性。
목적：탐토2충혈액정화방법대뇨독증환자심포적액적료효。방법수궤선취뇨독증반심포적액환자208례，기중치료조103례，채용련속성정-정맥혈액려과（CVVH）적방법。대조조105례채용혈액투석요법。초성심동도분별검측2조치료전후적좌심실후벽심포적액량，병진행비교。결과2충혈액정화방법치료후심포적액량교치료전균유현저개선（P＜0.05），CVVH 호우혈액투석（P＜0.05）。결론 CVVH 교혈액투석재치료뇨독증환자심포적액중구우월성。
Objective To explore the effect of two kinds of blood purification treatment for pericardial effu -sion in patients with uremia .Methods We randomly selected 208 cases of uremia with pericardial effusion ,of which 103 cases of treatment group ,using continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH) therapy .The control group of 105 patients use hemodialysis therapy .Ultrasonic cardiogram is used to detect the pericardial effusion of left ventricular posterior wall before and after treatment in two groups .Results Pericardial effusion has both sig-nificantly improved (P< 0.05) after two methods of blood purification treatment ,and CVVH is better than hemo-dialysis (P< 0.05) .Conclusion CVVH has more advantages than hemodialysis in treating uremic patients with pericardial effusion .
