目的:通过家兔单肺通气(OLV)模型,评价静脉注射氨溴索对家兔 OLV 时肺内炎性因子的影响。方法健康家兔30只,采用随机数字表法分为3组(每组10只):双肺通气组(C 组)、单肺通气组(OLV 组)、静脉注射氨溴索组(A 组)。 C 组行双肺通气2 h ,其余2组行右侧肺通气2 h 。 A 组在右肺通气前10 min 静脉注射氨溴索15 mg /kg 。比较各组通气后右肺支气管肺泡灌洗液中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-8、IL-10浓度的变化,并行组织病理形态学检查。结果与 C 组比较,其余2组右肺灌洗液 TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8浓度明显升高,IL-10浓度明显降低( P <0.01)。与 OLV 组比较:A 组右肺灌洗液 TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8浓度明显降低,IL-10浓度明显升高( P <0.01)。与 C 组比较,其余2组病理形态学肺损伤评分明显升高( P <0.01)。与OLV 组比较,A 组肺损伤评分明显降低( P <0.01)。结论静脉注射氨溴索,可有效抑制家兔 OLV 肺内炎性反应。

목적:통과가토단폐통기(OLV)모형,평개정맥주사안추색대가토 OLV 시폐내염성인자적영향。방법건강가토30지,채용수궤수자표법분위3조(매조10지):쌍폐통기조(C 조)、단폐통기조(OLV 조)、정맥주사안추색조(A 조)。 C 조행쌍폐통기2 h ,기여2조행우측폐통기2 h 。 A 조재우폐통기전10 min 정맥주사안추색15 mg /kg 。비교각조통기후우폐지기관폐포관세액중종류배사인자(TNF)-α、백세포개소(IL)-1β、IL-8、IL-10농도적변화,병행조직병리형태학검사。결과여 C 조비교,기여2조우폐관세액 TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8농도명현승고,IL-10농도명현강저( P <0.01)。여 OLV 조비교:A 조우폐관세액 TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8농도명현강저,IL-10농도명현승고( P <0.01)。여 C 조비교,기여2조병리형태학폐손상평분명현승고( P <0.01)。여OLV 조비교,A 조폐손상평분명현강저( P <0.01)。결론정맥주사안추색,가유효억제가토 OLV 폐내염성반응。
Objective To investigate the effects of intravenousinjection (IV ) ambroxol on the inflammatory factors to one lung ventilation (OLV) in rabbit models.Methods Thirty healthy rabbits were randomly divided in-to 3 groups ( n = 10 each) .Control group (group C) received two-lung ventilation for two hours ;group OLV re-ceived right-lung ventilation for two hours ;group A received IV ambroxol 15 mg/kg before right IV ambroxol can inhibit the inflammatory response to OLV in rabbit .Lung ventilation for two hours .Right tracheal fluid concentra-tions of TNF-α ,IL-1β ,IL-8 and IL-10 were determined and light microscopic evaluations were performed to get the lung injury score. Results Right tracheal fluid TNF-α ,IL-1β and IL-8 concentrations were significantly in-creased while IL-10 concentration was significantly decreased as compared with group C in all 3 groups .Right tra-cheal fluid TNF-α ,IL-1β and IL-8 concentrations were significantly lower while IL-10 concentration was signifi-cantly higher in groups A than in group OLV .Lung injury scores were significantly lower at right lung in group A than in group OLV .Conclusion IV ambroxol can inhibit the inflammatory response to OLV in rabbit .
