本文通过对插入式接管角接接头的超声波检测进行深入研究,确定了探头所在椭圆曲面的曲率半径的变化规律,推导出曲面上任意一点的曲率半径及缺陷定位修正计算公式,研究开发缺陷自动定位修正系统,实现了该类焊缝超声检测时缺陷的精确定位。
本文通過對插入式接管角接接頭的超聲波檢測進行深入研究,確定瞭探頭所在橢圓麯麵的麯率半徑的變化規律,推導齣麯麵上任意一點的麯率半徑及缺陷定位脩正計算公式,研究開髮缺陷自動定位脩正繫統,實現瞭該類銲縫超聲檢測時缺陷的精確定位。
본문통과대삽입식접관각접접두적초성파검측진행심입연구,학정료탐두소재타원곡면적곡솔반경적변화규률,추도출곡면상임의일점적곡솔반경급결함정위수정계산공식,연구개발결함자동정위수정계통,실현료해류한봉초성검측시결함적정학정위。
Through deeply studying the ultrasonic test of angle welded joint with inserted take-over, the article determined the change rule of radius of elliptical curve which the ultrasonic probe lies in, deduced the curve radius and calculation formula of defect location amending, researched and developed the automatically amending system, and realized accurately location during ultrasonic testing in this kind of welding seal.
