为了进一步降低臂架在整个变幅过程中货物的水平落差并提高整机的经济性能,以货物不平衡力矩均方根最小为优化目标,将多目标问题转化为单目标的形式来解决,建立四连杆变幅机构的优化数学模型。采用遗传算法作为优化策略,以实例验证了此方法的可行性和实际工程意义。

In order to further decrease high fall of cargos and improve economic performance of crane, an optimal mathematical mode of four-link luffing mechanism based on the minimum volume as optimal objective function of lopsided moment caused by cargos was set up. The genetic algorithm is adopted as the optimization policy. Experimented with an example, the results showed that this method can get a better optimal solution of structure. It has important theoretical value and practical engineering signiifcance.
