本文利用交流电位梯度检测技术、超声导波检测技术、金属磁记忆检测技术等检测确认了某净化油长输管道固定墩附近存在的外防腐层破损、腐蚀变形、应力集中等主要安全隐患,并提出了相应的治理措施。

In this paper, AC Voltage-gradient detection technology, ultrasonic guided wave inspection technology and metal magnetic memory detection technology were used to confirm the damage of outer coating, corrosion deformation, stress concentration and other major security risks, which exist near the ifxed pier of some puriifed oil long-distance pipeline. And some corresponding control measures were proposed.
