本文通过对超声波应用于薄板奥氏体不锈钢对接焊接接头的研究和试验,开发了薄板奥氏体不锈钢对接焊接接头超声检测和质量分级方法。试块试验和现场实物检测试验表明,对板厚为3?10mm的在用压力容器奥氏体不锈钢对接焊缝及母材,辅以超声波探伤,可以及时发现奥氏体不锈钢容器在对接焊缝、封头扳边。支座角焊缝母材等处存在各种形式的裂纹或缺陷,避免出现容器的失效事故。
本文通過對超聲波應用于薄闆奧氏體不鏽鋼對接銲接接頭的研究和試驗,開髮瞭薄闆奧氏體不鏽鋼對接銲接接頭超聲檢測和質量分級方法。試塊試驗和現場實物檢測試驗錶明,對闆厚為3?10mm的在用壓力容器奧氏體不鏽鋼對接銲縫及母材,輔以超聲波探傷,可以及時髮現奧氏體不鏽鋼容器在對接銲縫、封頭扳邊。支座角銲縫母材等處存在各種形式的裂紋或缺陷,避免齣現容器的失效事故。
본문통과대초성파응용우박판오씨체불수강대접한접접두적연구화시험,개발료박판오씨체불수강대접한접접두초성검측화질량분급방법。시괴시험화현장실물검측시험표명,대판후위3?10mm적재용압력용기오씨체불수강대접한봉급모재,보이초성파탐상,가이급시발현오씨체불수강용기재대접한봉、봉두반변。지좌각한봉모재등처존재각충형식적렬문혹결함,피면출현용기적실효사고。
Based on the research and test of UT, this article developed a method of UT and quality grading which were applied to the butt weld of austenitic stainless steel thin plate. According to the method, the test block testing and on-site testing showed that various forms of cracks or defects of pressure vessels, which were made with 3~10mm thick austenitic stainless steel plate, could timely detected by UT. It could avoid the vessel failure accidents.
